The salesman that sold me my Ionic 5 (Louis) simply helped me find the car I wanted, and never got pushy about trying to get me into anything other than what I originally intended and set out to buy. After I'd made the purchase and driven my car home, he called me up to check on me, giving me some advice on how to get the most out of my car, and letting me know that I had the opportunity to get free Electrify America card which provided me with free charges-- let me repeat that, he actually called me AFTER he'd already made the sale to help me out more.
