Service Ripoff. Buyer Beware
We took our 2018 Elantra to Fort Myers Hyundai after a scary incident in which the transmission jammed in drive and it took us over an hour to put the car in Park and turn it off. After looking at the car for less than an hour they informed us that they couldn't diagnose the problem. They recommended that if it happens again that we should leave the car as is and have it towed to them. This is laughable. We couldn't even turn the car off until we could get it into Park. How could we have it towed while running in Drive?

To make matters worse, they charged us $238.61 for their trouble. This is the worst experience that I've ever had at a dealership. Buyer beware.

Extra $3,500 for what?!!
Be aware that this dealership will try to charge you an extra $3500 for special additional services on a new car. they will definitely try and rip you off so do not take their first offer. Don’t get me wrong, they will smile and laugh with you while rubbing you blind

My issues have been heard and addressed
Following a less than great experience recently I wrote a critical review. I am pleasantly surprised to learn that it was taken seriously and I was given prompt feedback by my advisor, Gary.
I understand that an improved scheduling system will be added quickly and that personnel will be sent for training on using that system.
I am happy to know that Hyundai WANTS honest feedback and they are willing to invest time and money in fixing problems. For that reason I am changing my rating to EXCELLENT.

Awesome Warranty & service
I had to take my vehicle to the dealership. They warranty of 10 years covered every single cost including a rental. Not only did this made me love my decision of buying a Hyundai due to the warranty but the service I received was exceptional; From the time I dropped off my keys to the time I picked them up I was great beyond great.

Arrived early for scheduled appointment. Not a problem was checked in and vehicle taken back for service. Waited for completion of service and received text updates as work was completed and with any questions the service person had along the way. Service was completed and I was on my way within an hour to hour and a half. Very pleased with my experience.
