This was one of the better car buying I have experienced. The salesman, Tim Runner was great and informative, and the process was fairly quick. And while everyone wants the best deal and most money for their trade, I feel that I got a fair and good deal and I have not always felt that way before. There are 2 criticisms I have. The first is that the dealership had place a $2000 up charge on new vehicles, this was not mentioned on the website.The second was that because it was late I did not get the information and explanation of the operation of the vehicle that I expected.
