Terrible.experience
They sold me a so called certified car. The first day the AC had to be replaced. 2 months later, I had to change plugs and coils for $1200. One month later had to go back to fix plugs and coils again. 3 months later, cooling system problems. Told I needed 2 hoses one thermostat, a crossover tube. Price over $2000.
Warranty covered only crossover tube but was later told they would not replace it unless I paid for everything else. $1700 out of pocket. Then was told I needed brakes and rotors for $1100.
The service.department had the rudest person. They refused to even hear everything. Getting ready to sue for bad faith and fraud. I have bought no less than 40 cars in my life. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I will prevail in court and in the media and they will regret not living up to promises and to the factory warranty.
