The Best!
If your in the market to purchase a Hyundai don't go anywhere else. I went to another Hyundai dealer in Brooklyn first - it was a horrible experience; they were nasty and dishonest. The next day I called Hyundai City and spoke with Raz. What an amazing car buying experience. Less than a week later I was driving my new car. The staff at Hyundai City is the absolute best there is. I worked with Raz (sales) and Rohan (finance) they were both extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. At Hyundai City of Bay Ridge they truly do treat you like family. Raz even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up my car.
Two months later when it was time to get a car for my son my first and only stop was Hyundai City!
Truly the best car buying experience.

Best car buying experience
I recently bought my car from this dealership, and it was the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had! Ray, the Senior Sales Consultant, and Rohan, the Finance Manager, were incredibly kind, easy to work with, and straightforward. There were no gimmicks or haggling—just honest and clear communication from start to finish.

Ray went above and beyond to make right by another awful dealership (not affiliated in any way). From our first phone call, he earned my trust with his quick responses and transparency. I felt so confident in his service that I put down a deposit over the phone. Despite living 50 miles away, I drove to this dealership based on a recommendation from Hyundai Motor America, and it was worth every mile.

Rohan, the Finance Manager, beat my credit union's rate without any of the shady tactics I experienced at the previous dealership. He was respectful, professional, and made the entire financing process seamless.

Both Ray and Rohan treated me, a single female, and my son like family. Their professionalism and friendliness made all the difference. They provided clear, honest answers to all my questions and ensured I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

I'm so happy I trusted my gut and drove an hour and 30 minutes to work with this friendly, kind, transparent, and respectful team. They truly made what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and honest car-buying experience.

The team at Hyundai Bay Ridge was fantastic. From the start, Shaun, Adam, Mo, Emmanual were all there to assist us as we picked just the right car for our son. With the best safety ratings in the market, they knew our son's safety and security was a priority. We were so happy with the experience that we bought a second car in a week for ourselves. The best experience
My experience working with jabari from Hyundai city of bay ridge was overall excellent. It was my first time buying a car and he was so patient and detail oriented in helping me through the process. Jabari made my experience feel effortless and all my concerns and questions were immediately attended to. Everyone’s attention to detail and building long lasting customer relationships is clear to see in there personal interactions with they clients. I definitely would recommend Jabari or any other sales men to any friends or family looking for an overall professional and satisfying purchase or lease ! And I want to give a shout-out to Enmanuel, this guys is just over great costumer service he didn’t let me go until I understand everything about my car settings, and ofcurse Moe thank you so much again you guys are a dream team !!!
