Issue resolution
They couldn’t resolve the issue and they charged me for unnecessary replacement and labor . At the end when I return back with same problem exist they played to keep the car on hold for at least 9 hours without even moving it from its place in order to let me take it and reschedule then do the same .
So I decided to not go there anyway

These guys are gems
From the moment I called to all up to the services I needed done, the team was amazing. Found them on a google search and so glad I did cause they really made my car brand new after an accident. Worked with a budget and super professional. Next is my girlfriends car to be worked on by them

Extremely bad experience.
The Audi hybrid was due for a transmission service. It is a hydraulic system. This is very important and people who pass it by due to the expense suffer when the paperlike filter lets go.
This shop offered the service for half the price and I was initially encouraged when it was reported that I needed a special fluid and this would be bought from Audi.
It was to take one and a half hours.
Four and a half hours later I learn that the very expensive fluid was wasted in that it was used . However the filter could not be changed and sat in its wrapping on the floor. A point of the exercise and despite the managers claim to the contrary would still need to be done.
I left paying more than two hundred dollars and a very agitated set of nerves.
