A great business going down the drain due to new management.
I’ve been taking my cars here for almost 12 years and have always been very satisfied. Everybody was very helpful. I pretty much always dealt with the same person who was always very nice and extremely helpful. Recently, the owner’s wife took over.The last time I called, I asked to speak to the person who usually helps me and she refused. I asked if I could leave a message and have him call me back. She asked what I needed. I explained to her that I wanted to find out about parts I might need and an estimate for work. She told me I would have to bring the car in then they would fix it. I told her again that I would like to know first exactly what parts I need and I would like an estimate. She said they don’t do that anymore. I told her that I’ve always been able to find out what parts I need and how much it was gonna cost. I asked if she could just please have him call me back. And again she said we don’t do that anymore. Then she VERY rudely said: “He works for me; he doesn’t work for you!” And she hung up on me! I won’t be going back there anymore. Last time I was in there, she was yelling at a Customer on the phone and hung up on them as well. She’s gonna cause that business to go right down the toilet.
