Had Hutch's rebuild my wife's transmission in her 2014 Ford Escape. Since then, we have brought it back in two times. The first time I brought it back it started slipping a week afterwards and had to pay $90 for a new "transmission cooler". The second time, it leaked all of it's transmission fluid out due to an "worn gasket". Mind you, we ended up broken down with our two toddlers outside of Moab and had to pay $200 for a tow back into Moab. Now, we are hearing a grinding noise coming from the transmission. This is all in a time span of 6 months since we've had the repair. The customer service make you feel like a nuisance. I would avoid this business at all cost. All I want is my wife's transmission to work as it should or a refund but I have no faith any of this will happen based on our experience. The only positive experience was Doug, really nice guy.
