After years of having my family's group of vehicles serviced at this shop, we will never again return. My sister-in-law was on the highway when her tread blew out putting her family at risk because the technicians didn't rotate her tires. Another instance involved their suggestion for a total transmission replacement on my SUV. When I got a second opinion from a different shop, they informed me that replacing my transmission for the issue would be a ridiculous scam rather than the $40 part and $30 worth of labor that they charged me. Save your time, money, and possibly your life and find service at literally any other location. I would rather you be safe than risk wasting money on overpriced labor and inaccurate service.
