Honest, nice, and actually communicate.
They communicated about everything promptly along the way during my repairs, I never had to call to ask for an update. It went a day later than expected because a new part did not get delivered, and they called and told me immediately. That is a big deal to me! That they told me immediately! Honest and straight up. Anthony was amazing, along with the mechanics behind the scenes I didn't get to meet, a big thank you 🙏. You wont be disappointed with their service.

Enrique said the service was good and he would highly recommend them. They did the work earlier than they said they would and it was very convenient. He made an appointment and dropped his vehicle off early, they were done right away and he didn't have to wait.

Consistently excellent service every time!
It's been well over 7yrs since i have been getting my car serviced at Hurst Firestone. Whether its just simple maintenance like oil changes or major repair work they always do a great job! Thank you to Bob Hurst and all of the hard working folks there for keeping my 2005 Chevy Equinox in top running condition. Bottom line is i will not take my car anywhere else!!!

Quality service
Can't say it enough: we've gone to Hurst Firestone for regular maintenance on our vehicles since 2010 (or earlier). They know their trade; they keep you informed; they keep an eye on potential problems as they perform the requested work. Best auto repair/maintenance in town!

Gabe said they have phenomenal customer service, great communication, and great ability to get him in and out in a timely fashion. Overall, the management and people there are good. He did mention that they weren't able to locate his account at first, which was frustrating, and they had to hold on to his vehicle overnight.
