Richard said the repair was great, and the vehicle works great. He was upset because when he picked his vehicle up there was oil all over the steering wheel and corner panel. Richard said he had to pay to get it cleaned. Richard also said he had to call the business multiple times to follow-up on the status. He did not hear back from the business until the following day when his vehicle was repaired. Richard said he had also asked about an airbag light that was on. He had to follow-up on this also, and was told that he would need to visit a dealership. He feels that the business should have been more proactive in staying in touch with customer throughout the process.
