Spoke with Debra. She said her husband has used this business in the past.
Rich said the business provided good service. The staff were well informed and obviously knowledgeable. They had great communication and they refrained from using a lot of technical terms. He stated it not feel like the staff were talking down to him in any way. He appreciated the staff talked to both him and his wife the same way. Everything was explained clearly. The staff were personable and very nice.
