Purchased a used car, May 2022, and on the list of items it show Perma Plate and KUHA GPS, neither items I really needed but part of dealer prep charge and told could not be removed. After negotiating a price, less that what they were asking, I found out a week later that they would not honor these services since car was sold for lower price. Was never told of these changes and still appear on quote I was shown, of which I have a picture. Be careful when dealing with Honda Cars of Rockwall.
