Nilton said when Randy was working there the service was excellent. Everything was 100 percent. It looks like Randy is not there any more and the service was awful, the new guy forgot some things. In addition, he still had to pay for service and he had to bring his vehicle somewhere else after he got his vehicle serviced with this business.
