Great experience! Greg and team were terrific - communicative, responsive and thorough. I felt like they were looking out for me when working with the at-fault insurer, who were not very helpful! Once we involved my insurer, communication between Greg's team and my insurance was smooth and quick. Would highly recommend.
It's easy to understand why Avenue Auto is so busy with so many repair orders: they don't miss any of the details and have a staff that is ready to help each customer.

Excellent repair result
Quality of work was so terrific that the part of the car that was repaired looked like when the car was new. Paint matched exactly, all the dents and scratches were gone. The staff are excellent workmen and very polite.
My car was rear-ended but still safe to drive. Avenue was pretty busy so we scheduled the repairs a couple of weeks out with the promise that we could get the car back in a week. They exceeded the expectation and got my car back to me in 2 days. They also ran a full system check before returning the car to me. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.
The only hiccup was a part was slow in being delivered. Not Avenue Auto's fault. It is the way the world is right now. Definitely overall had a great experience with them.
