This guy has high ratings and I don't understand why his mechanics are such hacks I brought my E-Class Mercedes Inferno oil change and their jackaloon mechanics busted off all my jack points on my car causing a bunch of damage on the undercarriage of the plastic and the soft metal not only that but they hand tighten the drain plug causing my car to drip in my driveway for months when I reached out to the manager to discuss my problem he acted like a tough guy telling me I should have come in sooner I explained to him my whole family had covid and there was a global pandemic and I couldn't and I'm here now I don't feel comfortable going back there just awful awful awful I have emails from this man threatening me with litigation cuz my honest review these guys are a bunch of bullies and I wouldn't recommend bringing your German car here for anything
