I chose Hendricks as certified Subaru collision repair because my car was next to new and well under warranty. This was a first time experience for me, but I was led to believe that it would be a quick easy repair. I was braced for a week without my car. …in fact that was the original estimate when I took it in. My contact /customer service person resigned about a week into process. After that, communication was poor and the job took 2 1/2 weeks. I don’t know if this typical or if the handoff created the situation that caused me frustration.
