I do not recommend buying your new vehicle from Hendrick. I am happy with the Chevrolet product I bought, but the hard-sale tactics followed by no response or delayed responses to questions is exhausting. I highly recommend that you refuse the hard-sale tactics regarding the LoJack product/service. My experience with this unwanted product has ruined my overall experience. My ask to cancel the LoJack service and receive a refund have been completely ignored. They don’t want to answer questions about canceling this service. It is incredibly overpriced and the benefits are oversold in my opinion so it must be related to sales commissions to the sales team. I still hope I can resolve this issue, but I feel more discouraged each passing day that the $1,495 that I paid for this unwanted product is wasted. I feel robbed. If you do decide to visit Hendricks, I urge you the prepare yourself well for the hard-sale tactics of useless overpriced dealer product additions that you simply don’t need.
