Greedy LOW Down Service Advisor with poor customer service skills
Poor Customer Service and they up charged services to get more money out of customers/ warranty company's to get better bonuses. Mark Sullivan told me I needed a motor replacement ($9300.00+ to fix my car)on a 2016. This car was purchased from Hendrick`s Chevrolet new in 2017 and has been paid off I`m the only owner. With that being said, they allowed my car to sit in the parking lot for 4 days pretending to be "breaking the motor down" to send images to my warranty provider. I discovered that after Mark Sullivan refused to communicate with me and I called for a Manager. Then, I was told that my vehicle was not even getting worked on. At this point I filed a BBB complaint asking for my car to be released. After, that I had to take my car to another dealership to get fixed. I dropped it off on a Sunday and the repairs and warranty payment was done by Tuesday at 12:00pm at the other dealership at a cost of less than $2200.00. I would not recommend the company to the devil himself. I WILL NEVER BUY NOR GET ANY SERVICES FROM HENDRICK`S CHEVROLET IN HOOVER AL AGAIN!!!!!!
