My name is Kamron Helsel am a certified master technician. I have multiple certifications from multiple automotive manufacturers. My wife and I started this company for two reasons....



First is so that we can have more time to spend with our family. Since day one, we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. First is so that we can have more time to spend with our family. Since day one, we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. Life is short and kids will only be kids for a short period of time. We want to be able to spend as much time with them as possible.



Second is to be able to provide high quality automotive repair services at an affordable price. We have consistantly heard from our customers how they were ripped off by the dealer or they have taken their car to a large chain store and told they needed excessive ammounts of unnecessary work.



We are a complete automotive repair facility. Whether you are in need of factory scheduled maintenance, a simple tune up or engine/transmission replacement. We are the last shop you will ever need. Scamming, overpriced, and liars
I dropped my car off on 08/09/23 due to having issues with accelerating and car "jumping" when parked. I was informed at 9:44AM that I had 3 bad ignition coils. They said the price was 978.25$ for the cost of repairs and were going to replace all 4. I stated that was okay thinking that was the price it costs to replace them and labor. I did some research after and learned that it was unusually high, but I thought it was because the guy at the front stated that my car would be done by the end of the day. At 4:11PM I called them to ask if there was any update, the guy at the front said there was still issues, stating there was 2 cracked spark plugs and they put in new ones to see if that would fix it, but that there was a "melted" catalytic convertor in my car. It is an integrated system attached to my exhaust manifold. I said no to repairing that and to changing the spark plugs as I had replaced one on July 20th and checked the other and they were fine. I was then told the price for the ignition coils was because it included a 2-year or 35,000 warranty, which I did not agree to. I was informed if i didn't spend the 2100$ to replace the exhaust manifold intergrated with my catalytic convertor that my car would break down and was unsafe to drive. When I picked my car up yesterday 08/10/23, I was charged 978.25$ but there is no warranty included on the paper. As I was driving to my house to replace my spark plugs, my car was jerking and having severe driving issues. After the short distance I started changing my spark plugs, none of them were cracked or had any build up. On cylinder 1 the spark plug was upside down. Once i replaced all three except the 1 i replaced on 07/20/23 (i pulled it out and checked to confirm no damage) my car ran perfectly. As I was closing my hood it would not click into the latch, i tried again and discovered it was damaged. I had not opened it until I was replacing my spark plug and did not touch the latch at all. My father called and they stated I could come in today 08/11/23 and the guy at the front was rude when i offered to show the spark plugs to see if they could point out what part was broken so I could understand where it was cracked. They refused, and that only 1 was cracked. The guy at the front said he saw it was cracked and that the "master technician" was the one who discovered it. The plugs I brought were all the original ones I had prior to bringing my car in. They fixed my hood latch but it is still damaged and will need to be replaced. But it is a temporary fix for now. Do not go here! They tried to scam me and overcharged me and lied about saying it was so high due to the warranty but is not included on my receipt and invoice showing what was done and what is recommended. Overpriced, liars, scammers, and incredibly rude.
