Made me lose my money and have been told have a good trip going back to jacksonville
They made me drive from jacksonville to sanford ,because we had an agreement after letting them running my credit ,and knowing my score ,that’s the amount is not gonna be higher than 450/470 dollars monthly payments after spending gas money and time arrived there i was surprised that the only option i got is 689 pur month eventually when i was speaking with the guy on the phone before i go there told him that i dont wanna drive for 2 HOURS AND GET SHOCKED with something un inspected , but guess what what i was afraid of happened and they told me have a great trip going back to jacksonville ?? actually they taught me a lesson today , very few places deserve trust headquarter Hyundai sanford not one of them from here i just want to tell theme thank you for the lessons it’s priceless

I bought my 2018 Tucson at this store. It broke down on a recent trip home from New Jersey. After some loud sound and obvious trouble the car would not accelerate unless i did it very slowly. Took it to my mechanic and he said there was something wrong with the transmission. I went to Parks Toyota to buy a new car, and they said they would give me $10,000 trade in for my car if I get it fixed, they also said it had a transmission problem. Took it to Headquarter Hyundai for a diagnostic and they called three days later to say "the problem is your aftermarket floor mat pressing against the gas pedal" Seriously!!!!???? Same floor mat as always and the problem was that the car would not accelerate, not too much acceleration. Took it to CarMax to sell and they test drove and also said there was a problem with transmission. Three mechanics said there was a problem and Headquarter Hyundai said no, even under warranty, would not even do the diagnostic. Finally had no choice to sell it to them since they were the only ones who said nothing was wrong. Lost $1200 in the deal and "BUYER BEWARE" they will probably sell this car to you with its existing problem. Probably how I bought a car from them that burns two quarts of oil between oil changes. I will forward this complaint to BBB, FTC, ADA and Elder Abuse. I am a 61 year old disabled woman and have been treated very poorly by this dealership and service department and also lost $1200 because they wouldn't fix my car even under warranty. Go to Parks Toyota if you want to be treated decently.

Under warranty
Something broke on my car (2018 Tuscon) on my trip back from NJ to Florida. It was a loud sound and after that I had to accelerate very slowly or the car would not go. I immediately took it to my personal mechanic when i got home. He told me the car would not accelerate and could barely make it back to his shop. He said there is a problem with transmission or computer. He told me to see if the car was still under warranty and it was. I took it to Headquarter Hyundai and asked to have a diagnostic done. I dropped it off and three days later they called an told me "the problem is that your aftermarket floor mat was pressing against the gas pedal". Seriously???!!!! Same floor mat i've had for a year and the problem was not acceleration. They did not charge me for diagnostic and said there is nothing wrong with the car so they can't fix it or do a diagnostic. Took it to Carmax to sell and they test drove it and said there is something wrong with the transmission of the car and they will not buy it. Tried to trade it in to Parks Toyota and they test drove and also said problem with transmission, would not buy it. BUYER BEWARE, Headquarter Hyundai bought this car from me for $1200 less than I could have gotten if they repaired it. They will most likely sell it to you in the same broken down condition. Maybe that's why I ended up with a Tucson from them that burned two quarts of oil in between each oil change. THREE mechanics told me there was something wrong with the car and Headquarter Hyundai said there is nothing wrong. I even spoke to the GM and he wouldn't help me either. I am a 61 year old woman, I am disabled and came in to the store alone. I am sending these same complaints to the BBB, ADA, FTC and also Elder Abuse. Toyota promised me $10,000 for my trade in if I could get it fixed. Hyundai would not fix it for me even under warranty and begging them. I lost $1200 in the trade in, plus many trips back and forth to the store. I assume they will be selling my car to next customer as is since they found "nothing" wrong with it. I am beyond disappointed and disrespected as a person. Got amazing treatment at Parks Toyota. If you're going to buy a car locally, please go to Parks Toyota or actually anywhere but here!

Thanks for the great experience Tony!
Tony is very knowledgeable and experienced with the Genesis brand. He helped guide me towards an amazing car choice which was the G70. He took the time to show me every button, nook and cranny, which no other car associate has done before. We went on a very fun test drive and he showed us how the car really handles and all its features. I liked his honesty about the process and I felt liked he really listened to what I had to say. He made the car buying process fun and I felt like it was a very enjoyable day. Not only did he make sure I got the exact car I wanted and had it delivered to me the very next day. The finance department took their time to get me a great interest rate and I am forever grateful that the numbers were exactly where I wanted them to be. I highly recommend Headquarter Genesis and Tony and I send all my friends there to him. I take my car there for all my oil changes and checkups and I appreciate their deals as well. Thanks Tony!!!
