I took my car in for what I thought was a couple problems. The mechanic Dave let me know there was less wrong the car then I thought and fixed it up. Brain helped me out a lot with great customer service and was flexible. Definitely going back
Harmon has done work for my wife and I in the past and they bailed me out again. Came and got me in Gary on a Friday afternoon and towed me back to LaPorte. Fixed my transmission cable and wheel bearing and I was back on the road by that Wednesday. Thanks again guys!
It was the second time with unexpected Jeep problems. Check engine light was on. Called them and upon screening me for auto problem had me bring Jeep in following day. Before lunch I was called with diagnosis and told I could pick up after lunch. When I got there Brian explained what had gone bad and also cautioned me to keep an eye on my oil and set my mile gauge and offered for me to stop by shop and he could check it!
Spoke with Shirley. She said they do real good work, are very honest, went out of their way to make sure that whatever work they did was great, and they have fair prices.
The scheduled work was done promptly and the tech did an excellent job. We continue to get great service on all of our vehicles from Harmon Auto Service
