I just want to hug them !!!
I’m 51 and have never had my car break down and need to be towed. I couldn’t believe how they swooped in and ‘rescued’ me. I received a call minutes after reporting my location (via our car insurance) and minutes later they were there. The gentleman driving the tow truck was upbeat and especially PATIENT - having never had this happen, I was confused as to where the car needed to go and he waited graciously as I got my head around things. Then, less than 24 hours later our car was fixed and back in use, all at a fair price. A real live person picks up when you call and they are cheerful and ‘down to business.’ Bottom line, my car broke down and needed to be towed … and it wasn’t anywhere NEAR a nightmare experience !!!
