Came in for a busted radiator hose and told them exactly what was needed. I called the shop before the work was done and was quoted $528 but when i arrived the bill was $606. When I got the bill I saw that I was charged $93.75 for a diagnostic, even though I laid out the problem and exactly what was needed. Upon calling the shop and pointing it out, I was given credit back for the diagnostic.
