Great Overall Experience
I had a great experience purchasing a new Hyundai Venue at Hamilton Hyundai. Jon Stennett was awesome and an outstanding salesman. It was a Venue that we had purchased but he made the buying experience awesome and treated us very well. There was no hassle, no pressure and a very welcoming personality. He patiently answered all my questions, responded on all my emails/texts messages and even with the limited inventory/shortage on chips and the waiting for the vehicle's arrival, Jon made it less stressful.
Once the vehicle arrived, he texted me and once we arrived at the dealership the documents were all prepared and all that is needed were my signatures. Jon went over the features of the vehicle and took the initiative to set up the settings and showed us how to change the settings if we want to set it differently. He even took a few minutes to show and inform us that the book covers all the questions that we may have about the vehicle and it's features (I know this is minor but it shows you how thorough Jon is). He even sent us a follow up text to see if we had made it home safely. I will definitely go back for future purchases and I will and have already recommended Jon Stennett and Hamilton Hyundai.
