Recall
Shop manager wanting us to pay for a tow when it's them who fixed a recall and messed up. Home office agreed. Chevrolet here i come. Hyundai is not worth it. They treat people like this when it's them that is at fault. Fire the manager is what i requested. They are mailing me a refund but still. He needs to be jobless

Service Department
I am going to be one of those petty people today & post a negative review. I have had several brands of cars throughout my life, so therefore different service departments. Legit first time to experience service where I felt led to review.
First I called and left 2 different voicemails. NO ONE ever returned my call. Went online to set up an appointment for an oil change. Arrived on time. Literally waited 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. Prior to coming to this facility we used one in Tupelo to which we were in and out in a reasonable time frame. Not certain what in the world is happening at Hallmark but 3 hours is not reasonable for a SCHEDULED appointment for such. There was another person in front of me who had waited for 4 hours. I chose to drive 1.5 hours to the place the car was purchased. I personally won’t be back to their service department.

NEVER AGAIN
Where do I even begin with my car service experience? On Monday, September 25, 2023, I dropped off my car with high hopes. Initially, I was told it would be ready in just three days, but that promise quickly turned into a vague "next week" timeframe. As days turned into weeks, I found myself without a vehicle, missing work due to their unexpected delays. My attempts to obtain updates on my car's status were met with frustration. Whenever I called my service advisor, my calls went straight to voicemail, resulting in a pile of unanswered messages. Today, as I visited the service center, a perplexing encounter unfolded. I couldn't help but notice that my service advisor seemed elusive, often dodging my calls and pretending to be absent, even when she was clearly present. When my car was finally ready, I had to resort to tracking its location to confirm its return. There was no courtesy call or heads up. When I confronted my advisor, she held my keys and necessary paperwork but inexplicably delayed my departure by engaging in conversations with colleagues behind closed doors. This entire experience left me deeply disappointed, especially considering that I had referred multiple family members to this dealership, resulting in the purchase of four cars in the span of just four months, including a Genesis. Even with the Genesis, we encountered issues. Despite being promised a loaner whenever we brought it in for service, we were left without any alternatives as we waited for a simple tire repair. In summary, my impression of the service center is disheartening. The lack of communication, the frequent delays, and the failure to fulfill promised amenities have left me dissatisfied with this establishment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE
This is a public service announcement. If you are ever in need of a new vehicle, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HALLMARK HYUNDAI. We had a small chip in the clear coat on the bumper of our 2022 Tucson and took it to get fixed. To make a VERY long story short...4 months and 7 trips to the dealership later, we still don't have it repaired. Not only did they not fix the clear coat on the bumper, they have damaged the front passenger bumper, driver's door and interior of our vehicle. They sent it to Imex Paint & Body and then Barnett's in Flowood where it has been for months. We have reached out to Hyundai North America and the dealership won't respond to them either. The entire experience has been a complete nightmare and I see no end in sight. Do yourself a favor...RUN, do not walk away from this dealership!

Poor Communication
This place is probably one of the worst service departments I've ever dealt with. They don't communicate well, never return calls, over promise and under deliver most times. I just don't understand it. I have had nothing but problems with these guys. I drive and Genesis and I'm just tired of dealing with this place. If there was another option I would go there. Example: I was promised a call back on a loaner on July 27th, 2023 sometime around lunch, it is Monday July 31st, 2023 and I have received no call about the loaner or any info on what's going on with my car. Pathetic really. This service department has deterred me from purchasing another Huyndai/Genesis product. I couldn't imagine running my business this way. I would have no more customers!

My salesman was Mr. Marvin Ross, he went out his way to make my car shopping experience very easy. He is very knowledgeable. His customer service was the best I have encountered in a very long time.
