Had brought my 2016 Audi A3 Hybrid here for tire work and they were very very helpful. They threw in an oils change and had no problems with it being a hybrid. Called this month to get a scheduled oil change and it was not too long to get in and I was first online my scheduled day. In and out in about 35-45 minutes, plus the owners wife keeps a nice bowl of candy in the waiting area, so there is also that.

If you own a European car these are the only guys that I would let touch it. We had issues with several of the other "european specialists" around town but ProAuto fixed everything properly, quickly, and reasonably. Their communication was excellent and they were right on time with how long they said the work would take. They have earned our business for life.

Nothing but positive feedback for Pro Auto. My car has been with me since March 2008 and has presented on a few problems until about 4-5 years ago. That is when someone recommended Pro Auto to me and literally no one has worked on it since that time. He is a bit expensive but I assure you, vehicle will be fixed correctly the first time & well worth the cost. It may be time to invest in a 2024-2025 but as long as John is willing to work on her, you know the rest of the story. I’ve recommended Pro Auto to multiple friends and relatives.

Best auto shop experience
If you need a shop to work on Mercedes Benz this is the place to go to. They are very knowledgeable, fair with prices, and keep to the time they agreed to. If anything my car was done before expected and I was given a very detailed explanation explaining everything that was done.
I’ve been taking my foreign car to Pro Auto for a while now and they are hands down my go-to mechanic. They are always incredibly reliable, helpful, and transparent. It’s such a relief to have a trustworthy mechanic I can count on. I highly recommend Pro Auto for anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind with their vehicle.
