Shouldn’t take 8days for a routine oil change! No one can answer why especially when it was a appointment scheduled in October!
Sam has the sincerity of a paperclip & I think this was the last straw for me as a valued customer

Had an appointment scheduled for 09/09/2022 for an oil change. Received a tel call at 6:30 PM 09/08/2022 from Sam in the service dept stating not to show up because the shop would be closed for renovations asked him when was the next appt available said he did not know had already shut his computer down advised him that I had rcvd an email reminder today and a text message from him when I scheduled the appt said it was not him. I asked what had happen to this dealership service, told me there were other dealers which I said I was aware of because I had to use the Chevy dealership in January in order to get a free inspection because could not get an appt with them . Called to speak to the General manager about the problem and was told he had left for the day and the person that answered the phone said it was no there fault that they were scheduled to be closed for renovations. Whose responsibility is it to the customer a person that can't bother to turn there computer back on to reschedule an appt and to make sure I know there are other dealerships to get my car serviced because they definitely don't care. I have purchased cars rom Hall since 2000 and believe me this will be my last vehicle purchased, unfortunately I did buy an extended warranty will have to look into whether I will be charged more elsewhere if this has to be used in the future. Sam Perez used to be a superior service person, I quess he can only controlled so much and is fed up as I am.

Only a state inspection and recall was performed. Service writer was very courteous and knowledgeable. Normal wait time. No issues whatsoever.
I will definitely return to Hall Hyundai and hopefully get the same service writer if possible. Sam was very courteous and knowledgeable.
