The took my car in the day after I called. It was diagnosed the afternoon after I had dropped it off at eight in the morning. We agreed that the clutches needed to be replaced. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use while they repaired my car, and I had my car back two days after that.
These guys are as or more capable than a Ford dealer. They aren't the cheapest price for repair, but you get much more than you pay for. I also got a free mechanical evaluation on the car, which I can follow up on soon.
I recently moved to the Twin Cities from northern Wisconsin where I had a great mechanic. I've now found a replacement for my auto repairs in the Cities.
