Spot on Sales
We've bought many cars in our 65+years. We usually don't like looking and then buying a car but at Greenway, Phil Smith was knowledgeable and sincere. We like honesty and integrity and felt that was obvious. The sales staff in general is pleasant and it appears to be a happy work environment, which also indicates a good thing. We were able to test drive several cars and Phil came along and was able to point out many features of each car. We appreciate when a sales person "LISTENS" to our likes, dislikes and needs. Greenway Hyundai is a great place to look for a car, used or new since the sales dept and finance department are truly a sincere group of people.

We purchased a vehicle in September, 2022. After we made the down payment, signed the papers and shook hands, we took the car home grateful and excited. Shockingly, two weeks later, the dealership called us to let us know that somehow our financing had fallen through and that we needed to rework the contract. OF COURSE, the reworked contract was ridiculously crafted in their favor. Anyway, we called our lawyer. In the meantime, they reported our purchased vehicle as stolen!! The next day, the police arrived and took my husband to jail!!! So, you can understand why I have given one star. Worst experience of my life. Slimeball dealership.

Exceptional Service
I've always been skeptical of car dealerships, as they have tended to look at me as just a deal rather than a person. This dealership proved to be different. Angelica asked about myself and preferences before anything and was quick to get to what I needed and how to get me what I wanted. Even with the difficulties and setbacks buying a car can entail, she was kind and helpful and communicative through the entire process, and the manager down to earth as well. This dealership is the best I've seen to date and will recommend to friends and family in the future.

The seller was very attentive and showed me the whole car before purchase. it was only in the act of the contract that I had some surprises such as fees and services that I had not told me before. the price was above the agreed.

do not be fooled
update still waiting on the warranty's cancelation more than a month now.

Horribly situation that I went through no happy at all over prices nothing was clear even that the vehicle was in other hyundai they said to go over 10 grand to get it over the price that the other dealer was offering with the mark up and everything ,no happy guaranteed definitely I do not recommend it nobody was helpful at any point even when I offer to pay more for that I want it really disappointing.

to add this people contact me and request to change my review with the same hyundai trying to find a way to help me after the first inconvenience letting me wait more than a month, with the excuse that they will change the car and help me out with the value, when the date when the date of the vehicle arrived I followed up to which the manager Mr Ken contacted me and told me that he had not yet arrived later, he contacted me and told me that he had arrived but that I had to go the same day because if not they were going to sell it even when they had previously promised me that they would keep it for me, I tried to solve and I went that day, they promised me a thousand things and even took an additional deposit to make the change again with false promises telling me that everything, when the date of the vehicle arrived I followed up to which the manager Mr Ken contacted me and told me that he had not yet arrived later, he contacted me and told me that he had arrived but that I had to go the same day because if not they were going to sell it even when they had previously promised me that they would keep it for me, I tried to solve and I went that day, I was promised a thousand things at the end they asked me for almost $8000 the down payment with the excuse that my license was temporary something that never happened first time and again they run my credit without any authorization letting me in the same position completely screwed, please do not trust on this people who are trying to get advantage on others and never change the reviews even if they promise something different. if you want to receive more info you can contact me jaltago@gmail.com and for sure i can give the complete details

Nice Car and Even better Sales staff!
I was surprised how the car handled(Quiet as well) and all of the high tech gadgets! Had this car almost 2 weeks. Our Sales person was Lukus. He helped us get a nice deal on this loaded Tucson. He worked very hard to get the price where we needed it and I would recommend seeing him when you visit Greenway for a new car!
This is the 3rd Hyundai that we have purchased from Greenway Hyundai!

They will rip you off
Don’t just question everything to do with pricing, new vehicle and trade-in. Don’t just do your homework before going, take printouts and make sure you ask for and look at everything before agreeing to prices (look at sticker price, look at their documentation for trade-in, review paperwork before signing). If you don’t, they will overcharge on the new vehicle and under value your trade-in.
