Complimentary Customer Service
When my service engine light came on I took the vehicle in for diagnostics. Later that morning I was told the situation and cost. The issue was more than $2400 to fix. The technician inquired about extended service warranties. I had contacted the office where I purchased the vehicle over two years ago to find out the vehicle was covered by a warranty. To my surprise when I picked up the vehicle to take it to the manufacturer authorized mechanic I didn’t get invoiced for the diagnostic work completed! THAT is Customer Service! I will keep taking my vehicles there because of their exemplary customer service.

Awesome job with reasonable prices for repair & service
Very friendly atmosphere and everyone is great to talk to. Very knowledgeable of vehicles. They saved me big bucks to what I was told would cost at another place.

Car check up
As usual if I have a problem with my car I take it to Greene's Tire and Auto Service, I had a Dead Battery and I went there and told them to make sure every thing else was okay with my new car. They checked everything and now I know that my car is ready for the winter. My battery was dead and now it starts every time and I am confident with their assurance that my car is safe. Thank you for being my Service place for my car all these years.

Highly Recommend!
Let's face it, no one WANTS to have their car in the shop. However, Any time I've ever had my Traverse in for service, they are so pleasant and professional they make it a positive experience. As a woman, I have felt talked down to by employees at other repair shops, but that has never been my experience at Greene's. They have always treated me with courtesy and respect and that's important to me when I'm spending money on my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very reliable service and professional staff. The cost is much lower than the “chain” service centers that are pressured into the bottom line.
