I have been coming here for years. I had a couple chronic slow leaks on my passenger tires. Someone had helped me fill them and, even to my untrained eye they looked overfilled. This sent me in a panic to Graham (this was all on a Friday am). As soon as I got there the receptionist said they were pretty filled and might not get to it until Monday, but offered me a courtesy car so I would feel safe driving. I went back home and, later that afternoon, was surprised to hear that they had changed the oil and rotated the tires (I had mentioned I knew I would have to schedule that) and meticulously checked for tire leaks. I was surprised with a low bill and instructions that if the tire light ever went on to come right in. I have had an (unwillingly) hectic summer. Through their kindness and concern for my safety I got rid of one more task done which was a big bonus for me. This is the kind of small community values and service you hardly see anymore. And should be recognized.
