They lie and they do changes to your car without permission
They swapped out parts of of my car and put junk parts on my car after they put a 45 day tag in the rear window with tape and was driving it around Mansfield. They had my car for over a month and they should have never had it that long. I took it in with very low gas and get it back with over half a tank and they forgot to retrip my odometer so the 360.8miles someone took on a joy ride well yupp busted. Yet they don't have the guys to admit wrong even with full evidence. They are a joke

wish i could give zero stars...will look elsewhere for my new vehicle next month
Bought a brand new 2022 car about 6 months ago. Called in for oil change every 7,500 as requested. had to wait 1 month after caling in for a apointment, then waited 3 hours to get oil changed ! this did not happen only once, but three times. complained to parts manager to only get....this was in the past...we are in the future.....thats all he kept saying... so last time i got oil change , guess they were to lazy to put a time to change oil sticker on car, so i just waited til car told me it was time....when i took it in they told me it was 600 miles past due and was going to charge me full price for oil change.I travel for my job so i put lots of miles n my car ( 30,000 in the past 6 months) so i try to buy a new car before warranty runs out,first time trying this dealership , and will definitley will be the last, terrible customer service...acting like they did not car at all

Find another dealership!
My daughter had her car towed here the first week in June. She was told it would take 6 weeks before they could even look at it. 6 weeks later they said it needed a new engine. She was told she would be put on a waiting list to have it replaced. Based on the latest timetable we have been given it will be sometime in Dec. or Jan. before she gets her car. Do your homework, check with other dealerships about service. We had to buy another car for transportation. This dealership has no sense of urgency or empathy for the customer.

Very disappointed
Had to have my 2019 Tucson towed march 30, 2022 closest Hyundai dealer was Grahams I have my oil changes done there so I thought it would be ok keep business in town was I wrong. They said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. I stopped in a week later to check on it they didn't have it in the computer to service it good thing I stopped a week later they called said it was done they didn't find anything wrong. I called Dennis Hyundai they found the problem was the transmission it wasn't safe to drive they put a new transmission in and gave me a rental car to use. not happy with the service at Graham hydundai

Emergency visit
Due to an emergency issue with my vehicle they were able to get my vehicle looked at and the issue resolved in a timely manner. They went over what they found and recommendation to go over with the hyundai service center I use.

Never go to GrahamAutomall
I was lied to for the 2 months they had my car. They said it needed an engine. Turns out it only needed a knock sensor. After getting it back I was changing my oil an found broken parts on the undercarriage cover. Those damages were not reported to me. Total scum bags. If you’ve needed anything from them I suggest you investigate because I’m sure I’m not the only one who was part of their scam.

Destruction and still waiting
Destroyed a piece of my car while I they were completing routine maintenance. Still waiting to have more work done as they didn't have anyone qualified to complete the service, even though it was scheduled in advance.

This is the second time I've had issue at this service department. This time the almost destroyed my engine. Stopped at the carwash before leaving on vacation (1200 mile round trip) and the attendant notified me of a significant oil leak. I returned immediately. The story was: The oil filter canister seal was defective and failed creating a significant spray of oil that drained the engine and covered the engine bay. The service team repaired the issue but we are all luck and greatly indebted to car wash attendant who noticed the leak.
