Steering pump
I dropped off my car on 4/21 because of the whining and humming coming from the steering pump.
On 4/25 I picked up the car. Was told the steering pump was replaced and that the whiny and humming would go away probably in a day.
Today is 4/29 and the noise is prevelant as ever.

Best place I’ve ever been to
When I came to Gott’s because of an issue with my car, I really thought to myself, I should’ve came here earlier, why didn’t I ? These guys charge reasonably and fixed my car in no time.

Gotts is the only place I will take my car.
I have taken my car to Gotts since I bought it when I moved back to Michigan. It is an older car and has had a few different problems over the last few years. Each time I took it in they fixed it in timely manner. The last time I took my car to them I was talking to one of their other customers who told me that they have been customers of Gotts for 35 years and would recommend them to everyone. I have only been with them for a few years and tell everyone I know to take their cars to Gotts. I am 71 yrs old. I have had several cars over the yrs that had to be fixed. Since I found Gotts I find them to be the best I have had and highly recommend them. They have treated me like family. If you want a good place to take your vehicle then go to Gotts.

Long time customer
I’ve lived in Clarkston for 23-24 years now using Gott’s as my family’s ONLY mechanic.
Bob and his family have gone above and beyond on plenty of occasions for us. Their generosity and professionalism are beyond measure. IMHO Gott’s Auto Service is the best business around.
You’ll feel confident Gott’s will tell you what you need to get your vehicle fixed and that it’s safe to drive with reasonable prices.
We need more business owners like this!

Amazing customer service
We have been going to Gott’s for years for our vehicles. They are honest and very affordable when comparing surrounding costs. Recently we took our vehicle in for some weird computer glitches we were experiencing and they were able to clean the connections and offer feedback for no charge. I have been scammed by other auto service places in the past, but Gotts is the best in the area- honest, trustworthy, and gets the job done!

Trustworthy auto shop
Been taking my cars to Gotts for over 25 years. Found them to be honest and professional. Also, very competent in working on cars. They aren't overpriced-i think they are fair.
