I gave them my ride on a Thursday afternoon and had it back the following Tuesday. They quoted the work needed and made me aware before doing anything, and did it all at reasonable price. I'll be returning with any future needs.

I called my fan wouldn’t shut off
When I called it was toward there end day , so the next day they worked on it and had it fixed, I have excellent experience and service from them I appreciate them and recommend them to anyone

Was honest in accurate appreciated thank you
Couple weeks before I could get it help, the cost for for the fix, was less than the cost for the rental. This is not a complaint and I appreciate it the service. I plan to return for service, which is much better than the VW space service especially once the vehicle warranty is over thank you Jerry Bucek.

On time, reasonable, good people!
They have serviced my journey a couple times over the last 5 years and have done an excellent job. Won’t take it to the dealership because they try to up charge you on everything.

Robbed
They fixed my vehicle but robbed me on the price of parts. Every part was more expensive than any place in the area. Like $75 more for one part. Rediculous. Also my inner fender was not put back on properly. Would not use them again

Wheel bearing replacement
I've been taking my vehicles to Gotts for awhile. I had noticed my car was becoming louder and brought it in for them to check out. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. Their prices are fair and they are always friendly helpful with any questions. Thank you again!
