Horrible place DO NOT COMMUNICATE with you when they have your car you have to reach out to them gives the run around about parts says parts was orders only to find out the part getting shipped the same day it should have been arriving I guess cause the work that needs to be done is under warranty so they are gonna drag they feet when you call to speak with the guy over the service department he don’t return calls which means he’s clearly not checking voicemails they have literally had my car for over a week don’t offer no courtesy car or anything I’ll NEVER do business with this location anymore only reason why I went back was because it’s closer to my home and job oh wait had to get a broken lug fixed on my car was told that would take three days but was also told they will not do anything until a payment is made the payment was made and still didn’t get a estimated time on when my car would be ready NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible is all I can
Place is horrible staff is horrible and whoever is over the service department is HORRIBLE I don’t know if it’s because the work that needs to be done on my car is under warranty the reason why they are dragging they feet but that dealership is horrible told me my part was ordered Tuesday and will arrive Thursday. Well Thursday comes now my part is just being shipped out smh they don’t offer courtesy cars or anything and holding vehicles for over a week I have had issues with this dealership since I got a Hyundai only reason why I took my car to this dealership is because it’s close to my job and home but NEVER again to many issues to unprofessional DO NOT answer the nor communicate you have to go up there or keep calling just to know the status of your vehicle. They hold your car give you the run around when it comes to parts being ordered they really don’t give a f*** what you have going outside of work or how long they allow your car to sit on a lot.

I want to thank Gossett Motor South for a job performance well done fixing the IP Cluster in my 2022 SantaFe Hybrid.
Sales Mgr. Joe and Anthony contacted me right away to set the appointment, and Mr Anthony did a wonderful job explaining and reassuring me of the efficiency and proper calibrations to code were met.
I noticed a difference right away on the instrument panel; the split screen view was gone, and my car started registering when other cars were driving in my blind spot.
I truly thank the technician who did the work I feel 100% safe in my car again and that is an awesome feeling.
Hyunodai makes great cars and their commitment to highest safety standards is what made me choose to invest in their SantaFe Hybrid. Service Mgr. Anthony really did an excellent job with his Gossett Motor SouthTeam, and I'm glad to be able to drive with piece of mind ?
