This was my first visit to GoodYear and I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting room was clean the customer service agent professionally attired. The staff demonstrated that they work together to ensure the best service. They were talking to each other about the problem with my car and what the symptoms implied. The probable cost and manpower hours required to fix the problem. Thank You
