I brought my '13 Audi in for an APR tune and dyno pull. They promply greeted me and got it right in. The tune went pretty quick but there was a short wait for the dyno. I've since had to take it back for a reflash as the dealer's service "updated" the ECU and erased the flash. They only charge a minimal amount for the reflash connection. I currently have another appointment for another reflash as dealers can't seem to leave the ECU alone.
