Service advisors are rude, management sets the pace for the poor service and workmanship.
Bad at diagnostics, they create new issues and want you to just be ok with it.
Price gouging
Lack of all around knowledge of parts and product.
Never an apology, always plenty of excuses and hanging-up the phone, no returned calls, no accountability for their nonsensical ways.
We all deserve better than this !

Good Chevrolet delivered the vehicle with a missing safety Electric park break
I had a very bad experience with this dealership servicing my 2019 Equinox. I have to warn clients getting vehicle service .
-they do not have a loaner vehicle. They have diagnosed my car for 1 month and still do not know what was the issue. I have to get my own rental vehicle
- Nadia my service advisor was dishonest and will tell you it is covered by warranty but. Later on the billing she will say another thing that will refuse to cover warranty
-Nadia the service advisor will not call you for an update what s going on. For the entire 1month my vehicle was misdiagnosed and she will not bother to explain why it is taking time.
-Nadia gave a name of the service Manager as Tim Laughlin. , but the name was Wayne Manning, so you ll not be able to reach out to the correct person.
-The worst part they did to me is they delivered the vehicle without a electric park break., It is a safety issue! They detached it and did not bring it back! I diplomatically plead that they helped me to correct this issue .but the serviced advisor refused and tried to hide the manager s name., so i wont able to reach.
I am consulting legal options on filing a lawsuit to " good' Chevrolet. If only i can attached the picture of the Electic park break they ve removed and refused to fix.

Never mess with Good Chevrolet
I had the imprudence to buy a Colorado ZR2 in 2018 and since then I have had big problems with the dealership for 3 years now. I think that there is no worse service than at this dealership anywhere. Never mess with Good Chevrolet.

Yes there is a shortage but ten grand over sticker is robbery! Bought one for sticker what most reputable dealers are charging.

GOOD CHEVROLET
I was disappointed in the non-negotiable practice of "good" Chevrolet. These people will try to convince you their offering you the best pricing within 500 miles. ooooooooh, I could have searched that myself. If I needed someone to search Washington state to compare how they could scam me out of the most they could, I could have gone to the neighborhood "corner" Auto Sales repairs and service and done equally as well as the service received from "GOOD CHEVROLET" renamed BAD CHEVROLET RENTON WA!!!!!

Buyer beware
If i could give negative stars i would. I contacted them about a Ram 1500. I drove an hour after work to look at the truck. I test drove the truck and was working on numbers to see if i was going to end up buying the truck. I went to get my wife and my daughter out of the car, because they were going to test drive my trade in. When I got outside there was a second person going to take the same truck on a test drive. I think its very unprofessional and unfair for myself and the other person. If i would have bought the truck he would have been disappointed. I grabbed my wife and daughter and left. Not once did I get an apology. I have bought many different cars and many different states being in the military. Not once had this ever happened to me. I been to dealerships where the opposite has happened. I would go liked a car but would get told that someone was coming to test drive it or on hold for some. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Did not inspect car when they said they did! Liars!
I bought a used car on September 18th. They told me the inspection was great. Just yesterday my son said the oil light came on. Thought was weird because we just bought the car and it sits more than it is driven. When getting the oil change of course Juffy Lube checked the air filter and said that it was really bad, so I told my son to make sure and bring that air filter home. I could not believe what I saw, i have never seen an air filter this caked ever. Renton Good Chevrolet did not do an inspection at all. When the easiest and cheapest thing to replace on a car and they didn’t do it is just bad business and they should not be in the business of selling cars, period!

Unethical
Crushed top of newer truck with car hauler would not fix and did not change title on a different car trade sending us to collection. How do they handle situation or problems they caused, they don't return emails or call you back. Problem solved for them.

Empty promises
I have been looking for a specific vw for a while. Friday, we found one but were unable to get a hold of anyone on the phone for about 2 hours. My wife finally got in contact with someone via their online chat. We promptly told them we wanted it so monday was the day to put our deposit down. We put $2500 down on monday and were told that the documents would be overnighted.... No delivery confirmation or phone calls until we called Friday. We were then told that finance would call us back and that the salesman wasn't sure if the documents had been sent. It's now monday and finance wasn't "able to be reached". 3 phone calls later we finally got a hold of a person. He's unsure of who our salesman is, where our documents are, and that our sale shows no progress.. I just want to buy this car..... update....
We received the documents after a week of writing the above portion. The documents had a ship date stamp from FedEx for the day before. So they straight lied that they had sent them the week prior. The shit service saga continues....

I just bought a truck from Richard Graham and he was a very good salesman. Very low pressure and sold me a great truck for the money. I would definitely recommend

Buyer/Military Beware
We had been working with a sales rep for over a month during the shutdown on a vehicle. When they opened we went to purchase the vehicle and found shipping damage on it so we did not sign anything. Once the damage was repaired we scheduled an appointment to go close on the vehicle. The price increased one day prior to our appointment and even though we were led to believe that the previous price would be honored, once it was time to sign the staff did not honor the price I was quoted for both verbally and via email. The sales manager told us that we had plenty of time to sign for the vehicle and we should have signed for it while it had damage. I hope the owner of this facility rectifies this because I was really disappointed not to have been able to purchase this mother’s day gift.

BTW, that vehicle with repaired damage is still there. Hopefully they disclose this to the next potential buyer.

Never been treated so rudely
I came in two weeks ago on a Tuesday as I have been looking for a new car. I was getting close to closing time so it would be expected if everyone was a little hurried and I do physical labor, so I was probably looking pretty ragged. But you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover because I was ready to put a large sum down cash that day. However when I walked in the door greeted by an eye roll and an extremely rude attitude from the first person I see, I think her name was Stephanie, blonde girl, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will instruct everyone I know to do the same. Watch how you treat your customers or who you let work near the front door.
