Gerald said they were really honest and straightforward, they were polite especially Kim. They felt confident in leaving their vehicle there. The initial quote they wanted $1400, at the end they charged $600. The only issue was they did not add the senior discount.

William said he was completely satisfied with the overall experience after they got his vehicle fixed. He said his service advisor was fine and they did good work. He will not be completing the manufacturer survey because he doesn't have time.

Spoke with Kimberly. She said they did a really good job. They helped her get her money back from another business that didn't do very good work. The business documented what was done wrong at another business and laid it all out, they were amazing. Forrest was nice to work with. It would be nice if the business stayed open a little later in the evening, other than that, they are perfect.

I have an older Buick Regal 2001.
I have been there a few times for electrical window motor problems.
They have been very attentive. Gave me a diagnosis and estimate the same day of the appointment. Repaired the car in the timeframe that they said..
Recently, the repairs that I had made stopped working (electric window motors 2-front-rear drivers side).
One repair was over a year ago and the other one was about 6 months ago .
Highline Auto Electric looked at the problem and somehow the window switch was rusted. They cleaned it up and added some dielectric grease to the switch and covered this repair under warranty. Now both of my driver's side windows -front & rear roll up.
They also noticed that my air bag light was on and discovered that I had a wire that had been disconnected under the drivers seat. They repaired these wires for a whopping $65.00.
Very honest, timely repairs. I will use them again.

Brett said that they tracked down a problem that he couldn't have done in a 100 years. He tried many things including a battery. They were able to find the problem immediately and fixed it. They have great customer service and communication there.
