I took my car to them on a Thursday at 8am. I let it be know what issue I was having with my loosing antifreeze. I spoke with them on Friday morning about a concern that a clam may not be tight, or a hose loose. I never didn't get a call until after 1 on Friday, only to be told that they could not find where the leak was coming from. I was told that they would work on it Saturday and call me. I never got a call. I went to the location at 4:30pm on Saturday and knocked on the garage doors, and no answer. I called this morning, 4/8 at 8:37am and was told that they found the leak, and would call me back. I finally went up there at 11am, and was told it was a clamp! This is what I had said on Friday! I am beyond pissed at the fact that this location kept my car for 5 days to find out that my original concern about the clam was correct!!!!
