I heard their advertisement on the Omni channel and they raved about the good service. I decided to drive to Gary Indiana and they were correct it was excellent service I will refer friends and family

Antifreeze leak
I took my car to them on a Thursday at 8am. I let it be know what issue I was having with my loosing antifreeze. I spoke with them on Friday morning about a concern that a clam may not be tight, or a hose loose. I never didn't get a call until after 1 on Friday, only to be told that they could not find where the leak was coming from. I was told that they would work on it Saturday and call me. I never got a call. I went to the location at 4:30pm on Saturday and knocked on the garage doors, and no answer. I called this morning, 4/8 at 8:37am and was told that they found the leak, and would call me back. I finally went up there at 11am, and was told it was a clamp! This is what I had said on Friday! I am beyond pissed at the fact that this location kept my car for 5 days to find out that my original concern about the clam was correct!!!!

Engine light problem
My was in great condition (well maybe a good wash and wax is needed) hadn’t had any problems. Then Wednesday night on the way home engine light stays on after starting car. Glen Auto Works agreed to look and next day fix the problem. I got my truck back Thursday!!! My truck is back in great shape ??

I had a great experience and would totally recommend to anyone looking for mechanic work
This place was awesome , I was having problems with a check engine light so I could not renew my plates but they were very professional and kept in contact with me ever step of the way . One gentleman there even stayed after hours to get my vehicle back to me . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Excellence at its best.
Glen Park Autoworks went the extra mile to complete a full brake job which included rotors and calipers. We desperately needed the car by Monday morning. On Sunday evening, we got a call that the job was finished and we can pick the car up. Unbelievable customer service, excellent mechanic work, and a fair price.

Truck in need of help
Great service and solved my problem and gave me needed advice on future items. I look forward to my next visit. The young man that took care of my truck definitely knows his vehicles and did a good job. He was very professional and made sure I was on my way in a timely manner. Although I do hope they revamp the waiting are as it gets cold.
