The service department is absolutely worthless. You do not want to bring your car here. Its like a comedy routine that isn't funny. Getting a service person on the phone is nearly impossible. When you finally reach someone, they aren't yourbserbice advisor so they say theyll have your service advisor call you back. But that never happens. When, after 6 orb7 calls, you finally get your service advisor, its obvious he is making stuff up on the fly - "oh yep, i was going to call the parts place today to find out whats going on and then I was going to call you" Yeah right. They've had my car for MONTHS. Dealing with them has been exceptionally frustrating. Wish I had gone to Suburban Hyundai. Will never, ever do business here again. Awful
