After receiving an email reminding me to schedule my complimentary service inspection/maintenance appointment I made an appointment for 11AM. A day or so later I get an email from them stating that my appointment has been changed to 10 AM without any prior correspondence or concurrence with me. I change my morning plans and drive the 50 miles to what was labeled a complementary service and inspection. I’m told at this point that it’s not a complementary service appointment. Had I realized that I would have minor maintenance items performed locally at a time more convenient for me!
