Dealership does not deserve one star.
Absolutely terrible! Told them how we do biz. We only talk to one person-never a manager they said they understood. We were in the salesman's office 2 minutes when here comes a manager. We got up and left. Perhaps they hear but have not learned to listen ( the process of understanding what one hears). Drove down the street and bought a Lexus in 20 minutes. Just beware the don't follow instructions.

Better price, fewer amenities
The Genesis brand offers a less expensive luxury car to the market. The Hyundai service shop is not what a luxury brand owner expects if they have been to many of the luxury dealerships.

Excellent service, highly recommended
Zedrick was excellent! I was so stressed, the last thing I wanted to do was go to the dealership. Turned out to be a fantastic day. He reassured me he would take excellent care of me and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Beautiful facility, easy to get to and felt like royalty pulling into the place. All those smiling faces walking around!
I was in and out quickly. He even washed my car.

Service where it counts.
Recent service on my Genesis was perfect for these times. Valet picked up my Genesis at my home and returned it washed and shining after service was performed. Given these trying times, I did not have to leave my home nor wait in a crowded lounge. As a special surprise, I received a video walking me through a thorough inspection of my auto. Gettel continues to be my dealer/service of choice.

Nice staff
From the gentleman who takes the car to the Service Rep, each was pleasant and friendly. I read on a bench outside the dealership. Sales personnel were outgoing in passing, offering any assistance; and thankfully not pressuring to look at a new vehicle.

The cars and the people - but not the facility
A luxury car brand should have luxury facilities. This one does not. The car itself is great and the people are professional and responsive. Genesis need it’s own facility.
