After receiving an e mail reminding me to schedule my complementary service and inspection I scheduled it for 11 AM. After a day or so I get an email from them saying my appointment has been changed to 10 AM with no correspondence or concurrences from me. I change my morning plans to get there for the 10 AM appointment to then be told that is not a complementary inspection. Had I known that I wouldn’t have driven the 50 miles to get here!
