Absolutely terrible! Told them how we do biz. We only talk to one person-never a manager they said they understood. We were in the salesman's office 2 minutes when here comes a manager. We got up and left. Perhaps they hear but have not learned to listen ( the process of understanding what one hears). Drove down the street and bought a Lexus in 20 minutes. Just beware the don't follow instructions.
