A mechanic that understands a 928 S4!
When I pulled up, the place is beautiful, spotless, and well designed.  Everything you would want if it was your business.  Tim the service manager greeted me immediately and offered to help unload my car as I had it on a trailer.  I dropped it off on a Thursday at lunch time.  Friday I already received an email from Tim that Jerry had made some progress and I would hear back Monday.  Since it was a cold start issue I knew the car had to sit at least overnight....

Monday I got a call that all was fixed.  Previous mechanic had left a cylinder head temp switch plug apart (I may have got that wrong).  The hard shifting (second problem) was caused by a bad vacuum line to the transmission.  The place was quick, clean, honest, and fair.  Good work and technicians do not come cheap.  The facility and staff cost money too. 

I would highly recommend this shop, I just wish it was closer to me.
