Unprofessional and Poor Quality

Josef gets one star for being good at what he does - con artist. My vehicle was released without the repairs being completed. I took it to a BMW dealership to confirm this and have the repair completed properly. When I contacted German Automotive about the issue I was threatened with physical violence. I have the texts and voice mails to prove it. Stay away from this lunatic. I sure wish I had.

Shape tree mechanic can’t understand k40 relay i

It is very important when you take your car to a shop to find out if they are honest & has some integrity , it should be your priority, I am 24 years military retired my integrity worth more than few bucks Joseph, let tell you charge me 3 times for intermittent crank sensors position yes I do understand crank sensor position Joseph it was the k40 relay Joseph k40 , k40 relay do you understand, do I make myself clear ,k40 relay do I make myself clear ,fix’s by another German car shop within 3 hours , no dealership like you send me believe do not bring your car to this guy charge 3 times for intermittent crank sensors position leaving my wife stranded in Tampa if you couldn’t figure out be honest but do not charge the customers Joseph 3 times ,you charge me , do not take your car to such incompetence shop , by the way i do not want to be welcome to your shop at all , are you kidding me I have integrity of course I got upset by your lack honesty & integrity, another shop got it done within3 hours K40 relay Joseph done deal Joseph no problem you are so cheap you don’t even have a place to sit down for your customers, no even drinking water , no work ethics whatsoever , customers take your car somewhere else believe me

Shape tree mechanic shop

I took my car to German automotive oh god they so nice when you first come in of course they want to get in your wallet ,This shop is very incompetent can’t troubleshoot charge me 3 times for crank sensor position , my wife got stranded in tampa the first day we pick it up the car , then the second time same in sarasota , 3 time in downtown then they couldn’t figure and charge me and then send me to dealer why because they are incompetent, they couldn’t figure the problem i took the car the same day to another Mercedes’ shop within 3 hours it was fix’s nothing related to crank sensor position , done deal by another Mercedes’ shop 4.8 rating you want to go to a honest , professional , reliable shop , I am 24 years veteran retired military

Don’t let them full you very dishonest

Bottom line they could full you if you don’t have any clue about auto mechanics , ours E 320 has issues with position crank sensor which I knew it before I took over this unprofessional owner with such aid up attitude oh well he think he is the only shop in in town ,wrong answer anyhow they replaced position crank sensor with some aftermarket parts or Mickey Mouse parts for sure they are not genuine Mercedes parts supposedly with warranty ,same day my wife pick it up the car got stranded in tampa then brought the car back to the shop in tow truck, after 2 weeks brought the car back with same problems another bill plus more dishonesty, here we go again 3 month later the same problem another bill again they couldn’t fix’s it , their recommendations or advice take to the dealer what incompetent unprofessional shape tree mechanic , then he claims he 300 plus happy customers of course they have no clue whatsoever ,please you can’t troubleshoot It seems their mechanic are qualified or certified on Mercedes’,the same day the car was done by another Mercedes’ shop they put original Mercedes position crank sensors done deal what jackass or looser he is

We are sorry Gordon is so angry. We did indeed install genuine Mercecedes-Benz Part purchased from WorlPac, I will email copy of invoice. This is a 1997 E class which did not present clear symptoms but has history of crank position sensor intermittency. It is clear that Gordon does not understand diagnosing an intermittent electoronic issue.
Lois was offended by Gordon's abusive behavoir, we asked him to leave and take car to the dealer. Gordon is not welcome back to our shop!
