My latest oil change service appointment was another disappointing experience. I made the initial appointment through my Genesis profile online. The dealership called me several days later to say that despite the time showing as available online, it was infact not available. So we rescheduled. The day of the rescheduled appointment no one showed up or called. I contacted the service group and they again rescheduled. They showed up for the next appointment and everything went fine but the experience is very disjointed and unorganized. Genesis needs separate dealerships outside of Hyundai and Kia.
